Today in the children’s regional library the holiday, dedicated to the Independence Day of Finland, will take place. Our northern neighbors celebrate this holiday on the 6th of December. This year it was decided to dedicate the meeting to a famous Scandinavian writer Tuve Janson, who is the author of the fairy books about Moomentrolls. The heads of the consulate general of Finland in Sankt-Petersburg were invited to this celebration. The children from kindergartens and schools of Murmansk, who study the Finnish language prepared for them a performance, based on the books of Tuve Janson.
