On the eve of Power Engineer Day, 21st of December the leaders of "Kolenergo" organized the conference in the Murmansk State Technical University, within the frameworks of the program "Intellectual potential of the Kola energetics." The students of the energy and transport department have been studying for several years on the basis of MSTU. These students are the intellectual potential, the enterprises of the energy system in the region are so interested in. Such meetings are the future of this branch. And the youth realizes the breadth of the perspectives. One of the main problems the university graduates face is how to get the job according to the profession they get. There is no such problem here. The leaders of "Kolenergo" state that the students of MSTU can become good replacement of the present generation. Nowadays the university graduates work in the energy enterprises of the region. And the potential employers have already noticed the best fifth-year students. At the conference the leaders of "Kolenergo" announced about the contest for the best course (diploma) work. And for some students their study can become an invitation to the main Energy Company of the region.
