ItЎЇs the second year when in school Ўн 1 in Polyarny the work on implementation of international youth project Ў°Believe in yourselfЎ± is held. This project was worked out within the framework of international program Ў°SOSЎ±. Each times the amount of people, who want to join the project increase. Beside schoolchildren from Polyarny, volunteers from settlements Olenya Guba and Mezdurech'e participate in the project, and this year the project joined schoolchildren from Sneznogorsk. The third forum took place in tourist camp Ў°Blue BayЎ±. Traditionally the meetings of project participants with the representatives of Consulate of Norway, who provide the main part of financial aid to the project, are held there. The topic of the forum is ЁC Prevention of Drug abuse. The forum participants were greeted by the attachЁ¦ of the Consulate of Norway Ms. Gerd Elina Langseter. She thanked everybody for the meeting and for the work on the project. The talent of project participants, with their desire to work, delights Ms. Gerd. The forum started with the role-play Ў°Light in my windowЎ±. Both children and adults took part there. The aim of the role-play is to find out whether we can listen to each other, communicate with each other. The players were offered to create Ў°familiesЎ±. With the help of special signs ЁC patterned chips ЁC Ў°parentsЎ± found their Ў°childrenЎ±. And then the members of the families got acquainted with each other; in the process of communication they found common interests, hobbies. To the new-formed families were given surnames. For instance the association of three surnames: the Sulaevs, the Sychevs and the Chernyshovs marked the beginning for the new family The SuSyChevs. The project participants say that the most important thing for them is communication. As a rule, drug addicts are left alone with their lurch. The projects participants believe, that if these people received enough information about drugs in time, they wouldnЎЇt have got into such troubles. ThatЎЇs why these young volunteers get education to learn how to communicate and to explain to other people how to communicate.
