Professor Anatoly Vlasov from Murmansk State Technical University from ship electric equipment department was proclaimed the best inventor and rationalist of Murmansk in 2004. The Mayor of Murmansk Michail Savchenko gave him a diploma and expensive present. Anatoly Vlasov has been carrying out the research in the sphere of heat-vision diagnostics and its use on the enterprises of energy-complex and in the sphere of municipal services for many years. He is the laureate of All – Russian contest "Engineer of the year – 2003", also he gained the title of "Honored worker of fishing industry of Russia". Anatoly Vlasov is the author of many methodical brochures and the supervisor of many students, cadets and pupils of polytechnic lyceum.
